During this session, our guest speaker, Dr. Veronica Womack, Executive Director of the Rural Studies Institute at Georgia College and founder of the Black Farmers Network, explored the fusion of Black agrarian traditions, culture, and foodways while celebrating the resilience of agricultural traditions. Dr. Womack also discussed how strategic cultural marketing can unlock new opportunities for growth and empowerment.
